TR.P.(C.) 27/2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 27.01.2016 wherein the District and Sessions Judge had expressed her inability to pass orders to transfer the suit inter se two Districts. The impugned order has noted that the suit property is located in Greater Kailash which is the jurisdiction of South-East District. Accordingly, the CS(OS) No.1441/2015 titled Lipika Sud and Anr. Vs. Hemant Sud & Ors. which is now pending before the South District is directed to be transferred to the South-East District. Parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, South on 10.3.2016 who

shall pass appropriate orders of transfer.

Petition disposed of.
