Pursuant to the order dated 06.03.2024, Mr. Yoginder Handoo, learned counsel for the award holder, states that the award holder accepts that the award would stand fully satisfied upon release of the amount of Rs.75,48,133.60/-, deposited by the judgment debtor, alongwith interest accrued thereupon. Mr. Manish Sharma, learned counsel for the judgment debtor, is also agreeable to this position.

The enforcement proceedings, alongwith pending applications, are, therefore, disposed of with the direction that the amount of Rs.75,48,133.60/-, deposited in this Court, alongwith interest accrued thereupon, be released by the Registry in favour of the award holder.
