In view of the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2024, which directed the respondent to provisionally admit the petitioner, learned counsel who appears on behalf of respondent no.2 submits that the petitioner has been granted admission. He, therefore, prays that without treating the action on behalf of the respondent-school as precedent, the interim orders passed may be confirmed.

In view of the submissions advanced, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition, while confirming the interim order dated 01.08.2024. This order shall not be treated to be precedent. 3.
