Mr. P.N. Gautam, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/respondent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties invite our attention to the two Memorandums of Understanding dated 19.01.2018, arrived at between the appellant and the respondent and the appellant and parents of the respondent, respectively; to urge that the underlying dispute, which forms the subject matter of the present proceeding, has since been amicably resolved.

Counsel pray that the present application be allowed and the accompanying appeal be disposed of in terms thereof. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed whilst leaving the parties to abide by the terms and conditions of the said Memorandums of Understanding, without demur. The application is disposed of accordingly.
