Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, realises that the impugned order in the instant petition is appealable before the Appellate Tribunal-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["AT-MCD"]. She, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with a further liberty to approach the AT-MCD once it becomes functional. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
