This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking to withdraw the petition on the ground that the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2/School have been amicably resolved. 2.

As per the terms of settlement, a total amount of Rs.10,54,169/- was payable to the Petitioner inclusive of the TDS of Rs.23,000/-. After the deduction of the TDS amount, a cheque in the sum of Rs.10,31,169/- has been handed over to the Petitioner who appears in person and acknowledges the same. Copy of the cheque has been taken on record. 3.

Application is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the petition.
