% 16.10.2024 Mr. Vikram Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous, although the legal issue raised with regard to the applicability of the orders passed by the Commission for Air Quality Management may require adjudication in future. The petition is disposed of as infructuous, without the prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to agitate its legal grievances in future, if the situation arises.
