Both these petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. Disputes having arisen between the parties, who are partners in a Partnership Firm named Envirozone Instruments & Equipments in relation to Partnership Deed dated 01.04.2017, in a petition filed in this Court being ARB. P. No. 954/2024, Sole Arbitrator was appointed on 06.04.2022. It is stated that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 04.07.2025. 7.

Issue notice.

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respective Respondents and have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator.

With the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by 9 months from 05.07.2025.

Petitions are allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
