In furtherance of order dated 01.08.2024, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that the requisite corrigendum has already been passed on 07.10.2024 and copy thereof was received by her yesterday itself. Copy of the same is submitted by learned counsel for respondent no. 1 which is accepted across the board and the same be got scanned and made part of the judicial record. In view of the said corrigendum, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the present petition stands satisfied. 2.
Briefly stated, the dispute raised on behalf of workmen petitioners covered two aspects, namely the allegedly illegal termination of services and regularization but the terms of reference dealt only with the termination aspect.
