Issue notice. Counsel mentioned in appearance above accepts notice on behalf of Respondents. Considering the nature of relief sought in the present application, no reply is deemed necessary. 2.

The Petitioner filed the present petition seeking suspension of the Look-Out Circular (LOC) issued against the Petitioner at the instance of Respondent No. 1 - Central Bureau of Investigation, in order to enable the Petitioner to travel to London from 13th August, 2024 till 22nd August, 2024. 3.

Through order dated 1st August, 2024, the Court disposed of the present petition, granting permission to travel abroad subject to compliance with certain directions. to furnish Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR) of INR 20 Lakhs to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of this Court. As recorded in order dated 9th August, 2024, the Petitioner duly complied with this condition and furnished FDR bearing A/c No. 02481050039182 dated 5th August, 2024, which was verified by the representative of HDFC Bank.

Upon completing her scheduled travel, the Petitioner duly intimated the Court of her return to India, and has filed a compliance affidavit dated 23rd August, 2024 to this effect. In such circumstances, the Petitioner has filed the instant application seeking release of the aforenoted security furnished to the Registrar General.

In light of the aforenoted background, considering the fact that the Petitioner has returned to India and duly complied with all the conditions imposed on her, the Court sees no impediment in allowing the request made in the present application. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the security furnished by the Petitioner, in the form of FDR bearing A/c No. 02481050039182 dated 5th August, 2024 amounting to INR 20,00,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank.

List before the Registrar for refund of FDR on 12th September, 2024. 7.
