Counsel for petitioner states that he has filed a complaint dated 31st August 2023 before the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights ("NCPCR"), which is appended as Annexure P-1 to the petition. 2.

The complaint arises in context of alleged atrocities committed on a minor boy aged about 16-17 years, who was employed by respondent Nos.35 at their residence in Noida. 3.

The petitioner was working as a driver there and it came to his knowledge that the minor boy had been confined since the age of about 9-10 years and was brutally assaulted at various occasions. The complaint was filed in this regard at NCPCR to take notice and steps in this regard. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction that NCPCR (respondent No.1) may treat this petition as a representation and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
