Learned counsel for respondent submits that vide letter dated 26th May, 2016 the petitioner has been intimated to resume duties of casual worker with immediate effect. Copy of the letter dated 26th May, 2016 is handed over and taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall resume the duty tomorrow.

It is further submitted that the petitioner is entitled to backwages @ 25% in terms of award upto the date of joining the duties.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits, on instructions, that backwages @ 25% shall be paid to the petitioner within four weeks. 4.
