The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.
As per the application, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate action against the unauthorized construction being carried out in Flat Nos. 15 and 20, Paradise Apartments, Sector 18, Rohini, Delhi-110089. 3.
As per the application, the owners/occupants of the property in question have stopped the construction, and the property in question has been restored to its original condition, as allotted by the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA").

grievance of the petitioner stands fully redressed, and nothing further survives in the present writ petition.

Thus, the present application has filed for permitting the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1- Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the MCD has no objection if the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

The next date of 06th October, 2025, stands cancelled.
