The petitioners have filed the present application, inter alia, stating that the order dated 25.11.2019 passed by this Court has not been complied with, inasmuch as the petitioners have not been granted adequate security and safety as directed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, states that the petitioners will go back to their houses at 12:00 noon tomorrow, that is 28.01.2020.

The concerned SHO is directed to ensure that some responsible official is deputed at the spot at 12:00 noon on 28.01.2020 and the order dated 25.11.2019 is complied with, both in letter and spirit.

The application stands disposed of.
