The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking direction to the Respondent's Public Information Officer ("CPIO") to comply with the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission, New Delhi ("CIC") in Second Appeal No. CIC/UGCOM/A/2025/608956 filed by the Petitioner, in a time-bound manner. Vide the said order, the CIC had directed the Respondent to provide a copy of the revised reply of CPIO within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the said order. 2.

The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by the CIC, to the Respondent by way of e-mail as well as a Registered Post, within a period of four days from date. 3.

The Respondent is directed to comply with the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by the CIC, by providing a copy of the reply of the CPIO free of cost within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order, which is to be sent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
