The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i) Initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents/ contemnor for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the direction vide order dated 05.03.2025 in writ petition (C) No.2770/2025 case titled as "Feeroj Khan VIs Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors" passed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the Contemnors accordance with law or: ii) Pass further order (s) to demolish the said property bearing No. C-1 & C-2, Gulmohar Avenue, Near Tikona Park, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025 admeasuring 400 Sq. Yds., which is totally illegal and unauthorized;
