The present petition under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue notice against the respondent for the proceedings under contempt of courts; and b) Prosecute and punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the orders passed by the Hon'ble Family Court East District, Karkardooma Courts Delhi in case number as HMA 1339 OF 2024, MT CASE NO. 411 OF 2024 & EX CRL 648 OF 2024 and further pass an order punishing the respondent as prescribed under section 12 of contempt of courts act 1971; and c) Pass any other/ further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that an amount of Rs.1,40,000/- has been paid to the latter.
