The present petition under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers:- "A.

Initiate a contempt proceeding against the Respondent/Contemnor for his willful violation of the order dated 24.10.2010 made before Shri Kamlesh Kumar, Judge Lok Adalat, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi and undertaking given before the same court and willfully disobeying the order dated 24.10.2010 passed the Judge Lok Adalat, Family Court, Rohini and thereafter try and punish the respondent in accordance with sections 10 86 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, and/or; B. Direct the Respondent/Contemnor to comply with the settlement dated 24.10.2010 made before the Judge Lok Adalat, Family Court, Rohini, and/or;

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners, on instructions of petitioner No.1, who appears in-person, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that compromise has been arrived at between the parties.
