The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "a) initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents / contemnors for willful disobedience or non -compliance of the order dated 30.04. 2025 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in writ W. P. (C) No. 5613 / 2025 for release of the vehicle bearing no. DL-1LM-5743, in the interest of justice.
b) Such other further order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the m facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the Applicant and against the Respondents." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 5613/2025 has since been complied with and, in view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
