This petition alleges wilful disobedience of order and judgment dated 12th February 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 1648/2025, where directions were passed in context of property tax, which had to be paid by the petitioner for property situated at 3 Jor Bagh, New Delhi. The directions which were passed are extracted as under:

Mr. Sanjay Sharma, counsel for respondent, has handed over copy of the order dated 16th July 2025 passed by the Property Tax Department, Assessing Authority (Tax) noting the Rateable Value that has been fixed for the said property. Order to be placed on record of this Court and a copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for petitioner. 3.

As already stated in order dated 12th February 2025, petitioner shall have right to challenge the said order, dated 16th July 2025. 4.

This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty granted to petitioner.
