As regards the amount that stands deposited in this Court, an order has been passed on 20th November 2013 by this Court, clarifying that it is open to the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ('CESTAT') to appropriately deal with the said amount while deciding the application for waiver of pre-deposit/stay in relation to the demand of Rs. 23 crores, raised W.P.(C) 2025/2011

against the Petitioner by the order in original dated 17th May 2013, which is stated to be under challenge before the CESTAT.

3. The Court does not consider it necessary to pass any further order in this writ petition. It is disposed of.
