The Petitioner-Saurabh Gupta had filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of her minor daughter who is 15 years of age. It was stated in the petition that his daughter had been missing since 25th July, 2024. On 26th July, 2024, a FIR bearing No. 515/2024 regarding the missing girl was registered at PS Burari, Delhi.

Vide order dated 1st August, 2024, the matter was transferred to AntiHuman Trafficking Unit (AHTU), Crime Branch, Delhi Police, to take immediate steps to trace the girl considering the fact that she is a minor. Status Report dated 11th August, 2024 has been filed by which the Court is being informed that the AHTU Crime Branch, conducted further investigation and the girl was recovered from her friend's house in Amar Colony, Delhi.

The medical examination was conducted and CWC then passed an order on 9th August 2024, handing the minor girl over to the mother. 6.

Today the father- Mr. Saurabh Gupta and the girl are present. The girl submits that she is happy with her parents.

In view thereof, no further orders are called for in the matter. 8.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
