There are two claimants namely Smt. Devki Devi and Master Shubham in the present common appeal filed by the claimants. 2.

The matter has been mutually settled between the parties. It is agreed that the appellant No.1 Smt. Devki Devi shall be paid a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,50,000/- over and above the award of the learned Tribunal and the appellant No.2 Master Shubham shall be paid a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,90,000/- over and above the award of the Tribunal.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in favour of the appellant No.1 Smt. Devki Devi and Rs.1,90,000/- in favour of the appellant No.2 Master Shubham before the Delhi High

Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) within four weeks from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 7.5% on delayed deposit. The DHCLSC shall release the above-mentioned amounts in favour of the appellants subject to fulfilment of the requisite formalities. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of.
