The instant petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs: "a. Initiate contempt proceedings and prosecute the Respondents/Contemnors for committing contempt of the Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.11.2023 passed in W.P. (C)14210/2023;

b. Pass an appropriate order and directions to the Respondents/Contemnors to comply with the directions given vide dated 01.11.2023 passed in W.P. (C) 14210/2023 in letter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

and spirit; and c. Pass any such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requested that the instant petition may be disposed of with directions to the respondent to comply with the order dated 1st November 2023 passed in the writ petition bearing no. W.P (C) 14210/2023 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court within four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent vehemently opposed the present contempt petition submitting to the effect that there is no merit in the contempt petition and if there is any grievance, the petitioners may take their plea before the Tribunal as all the other matters have been sent to the Tribunal for proper adjudication under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Heard and perused the pleadings on record.

During the course of the proceedings, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent acceded to the request of the petitioners and agreed to comply with the order dated with 1st November 2023 passed in the writ petition bearing no. W.P (C) 14210/2023 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court within eight weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant contempt petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned authority to comply with the order dated 1st November 2023 passed in the writ petition bearing no.
