Appearance is entered by the counsel for the respondents in all the appeals. He states that he has received a complete set of the paper book. The money payable towards the costs imposed in the present appeals is being handed over to the counsel for the respondents. 2.

Counsel for the respondents states that he does not have any objection to the present appeals being disposed of in terms of the same order as was passed in the other connected appeals filed by the appellant/EDMC, that were disposed of by a consent order dated 01.12.2016, passed in RFA RFA 185/2017 and connected appeals Page 1 of 2

192/2016, being the lead case. He however states that the appellant be called upon to indicate the exact amount that would be payable to the respondents under the decree and the estimated date of payment. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant/EDMC states that due to bonafide inadvertence, several errors have crept in the compiled statement that has been uploaded by the EDMC on its website and a revised compilation is being prepared which shall be furnished to the counsel for the respondents in each of the present appeals, within two weeks. 4.
