OA no. 479/2015 (under Chapter II Rule 4 of the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1967 r/w Section 151 CPC) By this chamber appeal, defendants have challenged the order dated 31st August, 2015 passed by the learned Joint Registrar in IA no. 6234/2014. By the said application, defendants had prayed that Central Forensic Science Laboratory be directed to inspect and submit a report on the authenticity of the electronic documents filed by the plaintiff. As per the defendants, emails were fabricated documents. Court has not to assist the defendants in collecting the evidence. The plea taken by the defendants has to be proved

by leading evidence.

I do not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order passed by the Joint Registrar. Appeal is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
