% 26.05.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi submits on instructions from Ms. Madhu Singh, Deputy Director (North) that the order with respect to the MACP shall be passed within three days and the payment of ACP as well as MACP shall be released to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The statement is taken on record.
The respondents are directed to ensure the compliance of the statement made to this Court.
The petition is disposed of on the statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi with liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in the event of non-compliance. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi submits that in the event of non-compliance, the respondents shall enter appearance on the very first date of hearing on receipt of the advance copy of the application for restoration. The statement is taken on record. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
