1. Counsel appearing for the Registrar for Cooperative Societies („RCS‟) states that he has instructions to inform the Court that the case of the Petitioner would be considered by the Rule 90 Committee and that a decision will be taken by the Committee which will convene a meeting for that purpose not later than 15th March, 2020. The decision of the Committee will be conveyed to the Petitioner not later than 31st March, 2020.

2. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
