Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0373/2019 under Sections 387/506 IPC registered at PS: Alipur and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Settlement Deed dated 08.07.2025.

FIR and the accused is Mahesh Chandra Sharma, who is not even a party to the present Petition. It is further submitted that considering the totality of the circumstances, partial quashing of the FIR may not be permitted. 7.

As per the record, Complainant and Mahesh Chandra Sharma were the partners in a partnership firm, wherein, certain disputes arose. The Complainant made specific allegations against Mahesh Chandra Sharma, not only of threatening him but also engaging gangsters to threaten him with life. 9.

Considering the nature of allegations, partial quashing is FIR cannot be permitted.

Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending Application, if any, also stand disposed of.
