The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants/respondent nos. 1, 3 and 5 seeking following relief: "1. Allow the present application and pass appropriate directions in the judgment dated 24.09.2025 to the extent that the directions so issued therein shall apply only to the Petitioner, in light of the peculiar facts and circumstances 0 f the case and be not treated as a precedent."
