% 12.03.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that: - "a) the impugned notice dated 07.02.2018 may kindly be declared illegal in violation of principles of Natural Justice and may kindly be set aside & quashed.

b) The respondent nos. 1 & 3 be directed by way of issuing a writ of mandamus may kindly be directed to restore the electricity connection bearing C.A. No. 60007734191 which is installed at the premises of the petitioner, i.e., D-97, Lord Krishna Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi, in the interest of justice. c) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents."

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 would submit respondent no.3 has requested the respondent no.1 for disconnection of the electricity in compliance of the order passed by this court in W.P.(C) 1960/2014 "Bawana Factory Welfare Association v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors". He states, the said direction was because of the fact that all the industrial units were running from non-confirmed / residential areas. He has placed before me a circular dated March 12, 2017 in that regard. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the Division Bench in the above writ petition.

The petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master.
