The Petitioner No.1 is a Nigerian citizen, who arrived in India on 15.06.2022 for medical purposes. During her stay in India, she has given birth to a girl child on 13.05.2024.

The Petitioner No.1 has submitted an Application for Exit Visas for herself and her child before the Foreign Regional Registration Office ("FRRO") on 05.06.2025. The FRRO communicated to the Petitioner No.1 the applicable Visa fees via e-mail amounting to ₹91,500/- (Rupees Ninety One Thousand Five Hundred).

The Petitioner No.1 has submitted a Representation dated 01.07.2025 requesting for waiver of the Visa fees for her minor child. 4.

submits that the FRRO will consider the Representation made by Petitioner No.1, provided Petitioner No.1 submits valid travel documents as the documents already submitted by Petitioner No.1 are expired. 5.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioner No.1 will provide the valid travel documents within two working days from today. 6.
Upon Petitioner No.1 providing the valid travel documents, Respondent No.2 / FRRO, shall process the Application of Petitioner No.1 and also consider the request for waiver, if permissible, in accordance with law.

In view of the above observations, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Petition.

Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

Copy of the Order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
