The Petitioner has filed the present Petition being aggrieved by the Order dated 04.07.2025 whereby the Appellate Authority of Divisional Commissioner Office of the Principal Secretary-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Department of Revenue, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, passed in Appeal No.1154/2025, granting stay in favour of Respondent No.3 till the disposal of the said appeal.

Respondent No.3 had preferred a petition being W.P.(C) 8481/2025 before this Court challenging the Order dated 19.05.2025, passed by the learned District Magistrate, West, Delhi in Eviction Petition The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
No.773/DCW/2022 titled as "Satnam Kaur Bedi v. Gursharan Kaur Bedi & Anr.". Vide order dated 20.06.2025, the Vacation Bench of this Court had disposed of the said petition in view of the statement made by Respondent No.3 that at that time, Respondent No.3 was living at the house of Respondent No.3's mother.

In view of the same, this Court had directed the learned Additional Commissioner to hear the appeal of Respondent No.3 and dispose of the same preferably by 30.07.2025. Accordingly, the said petition was disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 appearing on advance notice states that although the impugned order was passed on 04.07.2025, Respondent No.3 has continued to live with her mother and has not entered her matrimonial house i.e., A-251, Block-M, Upper Ground Floor, Hari Nagar, Near Jasrotia Hospital, New Delhi-110064. 7.
The learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 has submitted that since the next date of hearing in the appeal is fixed on 21.07.2025 and the appeal is likely to be disposed of on 30.07.2025, in view of the order dated 20.06.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 8481/2025, Respondent No.3 does not intend to enter the matrimonial house till such time the appeal is disposed of on 30.07.2025.

It is clarified that the appeal shall be heard and disposed of preferably by 30.07.2025, as directed vide order dated 20.06.2025 by this Court. In view of the same, the statement of the learned Counsel on behalf of Respondent No.3 is recorded that despite the said order dated 04.07.2025, Respondent No.3 shall await the outcome of the appeal and shall not enter the matrimonial house till then.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Petition.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submit that the order dated 04.07.2025 was passed by Respondent No.2 was well within the powers to pass such an order.

In view of the statement made on behalf of Respondent No.3, this Court has not given any observation with regard to the stay order passed on 04.07.2025 as the main appeal itself shall be decided by 30.07.2025. 12.
Accordingly, the present Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
