The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "I. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 17th July 2023 passed by the Ld. Trial Court, and II. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass orders giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Contempt Petition before the Competent Court, and III. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass guidelines for following standard procedure for passing Mediation Settlement in Family disputes by the Mediation Centers, and IV. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate guidelines for recording of mediation agreement/settlement by the concerned family court, and V. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the petitioners and against the accused persons in this case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that divorce has been granted to the parties.
