The present petition has been listed on an office note. It has been pointed out in the office note that in Para 1 of order dated 20.11.2025, FIR number as well as the police station have been wrongly mentioned. 2.

It is stated that correct FIR no. is 521/2024 and the correct police station is Govind Puri, whereas in Para 1 of the order dated 20.11.2025, number of FIR has been mentioned as 521/2021 and police station has been mentioned as Badarpur.

In view of above, Para 1 of order dated 20.11.2025 is corrected to read as under:

"The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail under Section 528 of BNSS in connection with FIR No. 521/2024 under Sections 74/75/506/3(5) BNS registered at PS Govind Puri.
