The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "a. quash the charge-sheet dated 10.05.2024 arising out of FIR No. 315 dated 06.10.2023, registered at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao under Sections 498A, 406, and 34 of IPC, and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and all subsequent proceedings emanating thereto vide Criminal Case No. 950 of 2025 titled as State vs. Mohd. Asjad & Ors. pending before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court-02), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

b. stay the further proceedings in Criminal Case No. 950 of 2025 titled as State vs. Mohd. Asjad & Ors. pending before the Ld.
