This is a writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to investigate the matter either through CBI or Vigilance Branch in relation to the complaint dated on 11.07.2025 and 06.06.2025. 2.
The Ld. Counsel submits that petitioner paid Rs. 15 lacs to the private respondents for securing admission of her son in AIIMS based on their promises. over to her with the intention to cheat her. Despite multiple complaints no action has been taken by the police.

The ld. ASC appearing for the State submits that petition is not maintainable inasmuch as petitioner has an efficacious remedy to file a private complaint/application under Section 175 (3) BNSS before the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate.

After part submissions, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to resort to appropriate remedies as per law.
