% 25.05.2016 File has been received from Ld. District Judge (East) with the report that the suit has been wrongly transferred.

I have perused the order. The suit property is situated at the Village Karkardooma, Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Hence, the suit is transferred to the Shahdara District. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 27th July, 2016 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
