% 16.09.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 130/2016 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at PS Neb Sarai. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled the matter and in terms of the settlement entire payment has been made to the complainant.
Learned counsel for the complainant who is present in Court affirm the said statement of learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that parties have settled the matter and entire payment as per the settlement has been paid to the complainant, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `5,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
