Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has alluded to the order dated 25.11.2019 whereby on presentation of the present appeal, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants had given undertaking that the requisite court fee shall be deposited within four weeks from that day. It is pointed out that the said order has not been complied with so much so that even no vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the appellants.

Attention of this Court is also invited to the order dated 11.08.2023 whereby it was informed to this Court that the appellant no.2 has expired. No steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased/appellant no.2. Further, as per the directions of this Court dated 23.09.2024, it was directed that the instructions be availed from the appellants.

Today also, learned counsel for the appellant requests for some time to file vakalatnama.
