By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition.

Since as per the nominal roll both the time when the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court, the petitioner surrendered late by two days, this Court asked for a detailed status report as well as the affidavit of the petitioner's pairokar as to who filed the affidavit on behalf of the petitioner when the appeal was filed before this Court. 3.

An affidavit of wife of the petitioner has been filed, as per which the appeal before this Court was filed accompanied by the affidavit of the brother of the petitioner. According to the wife, the brother of the petitioner does not want to stand surety now for the petitioner. As per the status report W.P.(CRL) 507/2018

the factum of the petitioner's family comprising of his father, wife and two minor children residing at 7022/1, Mata Rameshwary, Nehru Nagar, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi has been verified and the house is owned by the father of the petitioner.

Wife of the petitioner who is present in Court and is identified by the learned counsel states that this Court may impose heavier surety bond and in case the petitioner surrenders late this time the surety bond be forfeited. 5.

Since petitioner has roots in the society and considering the facts noted above, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the NCR region during the period of parole granted to him and in case the petitioner surrenders late, the surety bond furnished on behalf of the petitioner will be forfeited. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
