% 17.05.2017 The second petitioner is the daughter of fifth respondent Seema Devi Gupta, who is present with her husband Kumar Sahab Gupta (father of the second petitioner).

The sixth and seventh respondents Neeraj Gupta and Hari Om Gupta, brother and uncle respectively of the second petitioner are also present pursuant to notices. All of them state that they are reconciled to the fact that the second petitioner is major and her claim to have married the first petitioner out of her own choice and will. They submit that they do not wish or intend to bring any harm to her or to the first petitioner. With this undertaking recorded, the petitioners do not press for any further directions in these proceedings.

The petition stands disposed of.
