The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) pass an order granting anticipatory bail to the Petitioner/Applicant under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with the provision of Section 212(6)(ii) and of the Companies Act, in Criminal Case No.720/2017 titled as S.F.I.O. vs Mohd Iqbal & ORS., pending in the Court of Sh. Jagminder Singh, Additional Session; and/or b) Pass any other and/or further order(s) in favour of the Petitioner/Applicant, which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice and fair play. in case at the time of his arrest by police he be released on bail."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the learned Special Court with regard to the aforesaid.
