Petitioner takes exception to order dated 16.12.2022 passed by concerned Magisterial Court which was upheld by the Court of Sessions on 14.07.2023. 2.

However, the petitioner has now moved application (CRL. M.A. 3393/2026) seeking withdrawal of his petition (CRL. M.C. 8397/2023). 3.

It is informed that on the basis of one Mediation Agreement dated 12.03.2025 between the parties, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with his present petition and seeks to withdraw the petition. 4.

The copy of the Mediation Agreement has also been attached along with the application.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid application, the main petition stands disposed of, as not pressed.

Petitioner would be, however, at liberty to revive the present proceedings, in case, the Mediation settlement is not acted upon by the other side.
