A Petition under Section 378 (3) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking Leave to Appeal against the Judgment of acquittal of the respondents dated 11.09.2019 passed by Ld. ACMM in case FIR No.35/2010 under Section 39/49/49B(1)/51/52 Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 registered at Police Station Special Cell, Lodhi Colony, Delhi.

Respondent No.1 is unserved as the learned counsel for the Appellant could not trace out the address of the Respondent No.1. 3.

It is submitted in the Leave to Appeal Petition that the evidence and material placed on record has been ignored which is contrary to the facts and law. 4.

For the reasons stated above and in the totality of circumstances, the Leave to Appeal is allowed.
