Counsel for respondent appears and states that amounts are to be paid to the respondent-wife at the time of quashing of FIR, but no steps are being taken by the petitioner.

He further states that the petitioners are not appearing for quashing of the FIR as well.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case, of any other infraction. 5.

Needless to say, the parties have to comply with the MoU executed between the parties, on the basis of order dated 31st August 2020 passed by the Family Court.
