Ms. Sachdeva, learned counsel for the respondents has placed before us a letter dated September 11, 2023 received by her from the respondents wherein in para 3 it is stated that the grading of the petitioner has been upgraded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by acknowledging the fact that vide order dated August 7, 2023, the ACR grading has been upgraded to 'Very Good' with numerical marks 6.0 states that in view of the said position, the petition be disposed of.

It is ordered accordingly. The communication/letter dated September 11, 2023 is taken on record.
