% 31.01.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 208/2018, PS EOW New Delhi registered under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 qua which it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and not refuted on behalf of the State as also borne out through proceedings of even date in Crl.M.C. No. 5800/2019 listed at serial No. 55 for the day with the copy of the order dated 26.11.2019 of this Court having been placed on the record of the said accused in relation to WP(Crl) No. 3389/2018 and WP(Crl) No.3413/2018 indicating to the effect that the said FIR 208/2018, PS EOW registered under Sections 420/406/120B and all proceedings emanating there from have since been quashed. In view thereof, the present petition calls for no further action, and is disposed off.
