The present petition takes exception to order dated 25.09.2023 passed by the concerned Magisterial Court. However, petitioner submits that they have already filed petition seeking quashing of the abovesaid case which is now listed for consideration on 05.05.2026.

In view of the abovesaid development, she is not interested in pursuing with the present petition, and seeks to withdraw the same, without prejudice to her rights and contentions.
