Set aside the impugned order dated 02.08.2023 passed by the Court of Ld. Special Judge, NDPS, Patiala House Courts in FIR no. 222/2022 registered at PS Spl. Cell, Lodhi road under Sections 21/29/61/85 NDPS Act.

b. Release the applicant on default bail in FIR No.222/2022 registered at PS Spl. Cell, Lodhi road under Sections 21/29/61/85 NDPS Act c. Any other orders this Hon'ble Court deems fit." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
